When taking photos, it is important to know what you are looking for before you take the picture. Shutter speed has a big effect on the outcome of the photo. If you want to capture a moving object, then you have to use a faster shutter speed. If you want to show the motion in a photo, then you need to use a slower shutter speed. I thought that seeing the different pictures and using different metaphors in the video helped me understand shutter speed even more. It also helped get a better understanding of the settings that are used with shutter speed.
