This is my favorite cover because of the way it captivates the viewer. It says so much in those few words and it was such big news and the cover did a good job of announcing it. It makes it so all eyes are on her and it's really powerful. It shows her choice in being who she is.
I agree with everything you say but it's only 59 words and you could have explored how they made it so "all eyes were on her." There are leading lines created by the corner perspective and the use of light that create almost a prism where all lines point directly to Caitlyn. The text is minimal and conveys the central idea powerfully in three words. She is layered in front of the name of the magazine and behind the words conveying her central message. That makes the message closer to the reader and more important than the name of the magazine, a design decision that has a powerful effect. You need to be specific in observing how the design captivates the viewer rather than just saying that the design has that effect. 90
